What AIARA stores

Case information

We store the platform, issue category, account type, action status, your description, case events, diagnosis reports, and appeal draft versions. Access is protected by a browser-held token whose hash is stored server-side.

What we do not request

Do not submit passwords, verification codes, recovery keys, identity documents, or payment information. AIARA is not designed to store them.

AI processing

When you request a diagnosis or appeal, the case text is sent to DeepSeek through a server-side request. We record model usage statistics, not your API key. Do not include information you do not want processed.

Retention and deletion

Cases are intended for short-lived recovery work. Use Delete case in the workspace to permanently remove the case and its stored events, diagnoses, and appeal drafts from the database. Clearing site data removes your browser token but does not delete server-side data, so delete the case first when possible.
